It’s day 45, and I wanted to share my results from using Almased as part of my weight-loss journey.
My original goal was to lose 20 pounds in 90 days. To get there, I followed the Almased Diet - the best fast diet, a diet that is both quick and easy. From day one to day 30, my weight loss was gradual. I was getting closer and closer to my goal.
During that time I weighed myself twice a day—once in the morning and once after an evening meal.
Now, it might seem silly that I weighed myself so often, but I found that it helped me stick to my goals and remind myself not to overeat. Weighing myself often helped me to make better food choices and also kept me motivated. But, if the scale provokes anxiety, I suggest weighing yourself only once a week at most.
On day 30, I decided to stop Almased for five days to see if there would be any rebound effect. In fact, there was. I discovered that my food choices in the evening impacted my weight, so I needed to be more mindful of my selections. Steamed vegetables with a protein-based entrée helped keep my weight from fluctuating.
Starting on day 36, I decided that I needed the support that Almased had provided and decided to go back to phase 3 of the diet, drinking one shake a day in replace of a lunch meal.
By day 45, my weight had dropped to 210 pounds. I was happy to see that, in 45 days, I had lost a total of 12 pounds. This was great for me because of how effortlessly I was able to achieve this with the help of Almased.
To celebrate this initial goal, I listened to soothing music and ate low-calorie chocolate ice cream, while watching one of my favorite videos of fast driving cars.
My final goal is to lose 20 pounds by day 90. Once there, I’ll reward myself with a well-deserved cross-country road trip!
How to Lose Weight Fast
I want to mention a couple of helpful tips that have helped me lose that weight.
- Set reasonable, small yet targeted goals to achieve your bigger goals.
- Reward yourself after each milestone to keep yourself motivated.
- Stick to the plan. It might sound easier said than done, but remember that consistency is the key to successful weight loss.
- Find a diet that fits your daily lifestyle. Almased was my go-to diet support.
If you can stick to these tips, it may very well help you lose weight fast or at least faster than you thought possible.

The number of calories needed each day or week will vary depending on your age, sex, weight, height and activity level. However, the bottom line, while on the Almased Diet there’s no need to count calories to help you lose weight or keep the weight off.
In fact, the nutrient profile of Almased provides the body with balanced nutrition that has helped me lose weight on a low-calorie diet while also feeling quite satisfied most of the time. Almased has kept me full and has naturally made me less interested in eating sugary foods, which is a major reason for my success so far.
Now that I’ve met my initial weight-loss goal, I plan to continue my journey with Almased and try to not turn to those old eating habits. It is my aim that this healthy path is one that I can continue on for the long-term—I hope for life!
